Job Title: Hardware Display Engineer - Project Lead Location: Sterling Heights MI 48310 Onsite Requirements: Electrical hardware engineering Circuit design Design experience of electronic HW. Description: Electrical project lead for display products.

Support concept to production H/W including requirements analysis, electronic design, debug, test, and qualification. Lead design, development, and test Electronic H/W products, components, and subsystems. Develop requirements, test plans, RFP and RFIs.

Support component selection, procurement, and oversight of prototype hardware build. Support concurrent engineering reviews and trade studies. Develop engineering design fixes, and coordinate solutions.

Perform technology research, feasibility assessments. Develop concepts to support advanced technology initiatives, IRADS, proposals, and demonstrators. Strong record keeping skills with commitment to tracking design changes, debug status, H/W and S/W revisions.

Overall Project leadership skills Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 10 years plus of applicable experience. Fewer years will be considered with an advanced degree. Experience with analog and digital circuit design, including PCB design.

Experience with single board computers and microcontrollers. Experience with display technologies and video distribution techniques preferred. Experience with graphics/video interfaces (DVI, HDMI, RS-170, SDI etc.

) Ability to use engineering development and test tools. Familiarity with military standards and test requirements desired. EMI/EMC design practices and standards.

Familiarity with industry interface standards and form factors (VITA42/46, COM Express, ETX, etc ) Capable of obtaining a security clearance (if required). Occasional overtime, and weekend hours may be required to complete critical tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.

Teamcenter knowledge, Evcore, peer reviews, SWOTS, and other GD tools. Strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to lead projects
