Job Title: Plant Mechanic

Location: Newark-on-Trent, Balderton

Salary: 18 an hour (Weekly paid)

Work Schedule:

As a Plant Mechanic your hours will be:

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Responsibilities:

As a Plant Mechanic you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure work area and tools are safe, certified, and well-maintained.
• Complete relevant documentation with detail and accuracy.
• Contribute to achieving Plant Department targets through efficient task completion and effective communication.
• Follow all safety protocols, risk assessments, and use appropriate PPE.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture in the working environment.

Requirements for Plant Mechanic:

• Minimum NVQ level 3 or working towards in plant maintenance or equivalent.
• Completion of relevant training programs and competency licenses.
