Application Engineer US Citizenship is required Background Check and Drug Test As the Technical Applications Engineer for Semiconductor Equipment, you will serve as the key technical interface between customers and our Power Products Business management. Your primary duties will involve identifying customer requirements, defining solutions collaboratively, and effectively communicating these solutions to both customer technical development and management teams.

Your ultimate goal will be to assist customers in all technical discussions while meeting yearly sales objectives. You will work cross-functionally with various teams including Order Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Management to ensure timely product delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. Duties: Actively pursue sales and business development opportunities within the semiconductor equipment market to achieve yearly sales goals, increase market share, and maximize profits.

Serve as the primary technical interface to promptly address customer questions, needs, and requests. Develop marketing collateral tailored for the semiconductor equipment market. Expand the customer base, nurture relationships, and promote both new and existing products.

Take charge of the entire sales process from RFQ to contract closing. Identify, develop, and propose growth strategies for potential uses of technology in other markets and regions. Contribute to, participate in, and organize customer meetings at trade shows and corporate events.

Gather customer requirements, conduct competitive analysis, and provide valuable feedback to Engineering and Business Unit management. Education & Experience: Technical degree and/or business degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process power application. Previous direct application and/or design engineering experience with RF generators in semiconductor manufacturing equipment is required.

Strong strategic skills, self-starter mentality, and ability to work independently within a cross-functional team environment. Proficient in written communication and presentations.
